We were very honored this year to work with the "Policia Nacional Civil" de Guatemala City. We spent one day working with the children of the police officers. We treated them with puppet shows, songs, parachutes and crafts. They treated us with a very heartwarming Thank You! After all that, we headed for the Guatemala City Police Department for the Male Police Officer's seminar in which Pastor Eade spoke on topics of "Integrity" and "Community Leadership", and Darci spoke on the topic of "Drug Addiction".
Day two started with the Female Police Officers seminar. Eileen, Cindy, and I spoke to the women on seminar topics including: Health, Self-Esteem, Nutrition and Family Planning. Darlene helped out with a personal testimony about being a cancer survivor. After being treated with a wonderful lunch at the Police Department, we headed to the Police Acadamy where Pastor Eade and Darci would speak to the new recruits. All topics revolved around the importance of having God guide their lives so to become trusted officers, as well as, become great role models for their families and in their communities. What an experience!

Men's Seminars

Childrens' Fair
We are always excited to get ready for the fairs! This gives us the opportunity to minister to the children through puppet shows, and spend a day playing with the parachutes, singing songs, making bracelets and balloon animals, and painting faces! The children enjoy the time they have with us, and we love the unforgetable memories they have given us.
